Hi! We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Appunite team!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an open-minded and ambitious Account Manager to join our team Appunite. Our mission is to empower our clients by creating innovative software solutions that help them achieve their business goals.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Appunite by collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing and co-creating strategies, and executing them effectively in your domain.

Our Account Management team currently has 3 individuals who divide responsibilities and challenges over our portfolio of clients. We're looking for someone who can help our team advance—someone eager to understand the problems at hand while also being able to delve deeper into the "why, what, and what for" to build optimised solutions. We’re looking for a person who is ready to deeply understand our story and be a partner in both our teams and clients eyes. Someone who is willing to assume responsibility and take matters into their own hands. Someone whose dedication inspires the rest of the squad and whose ownership takes flight.

You are the ideal fit for our team if your experience includes:

  • At least 2 years experience in client relation
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to delve deeply into conversations to understand client issues
  • A proven track record of leading a successful negotiations process (opening strategy, BATNA, creating win-win environment, technics)
  • Establishing and growing relations in async, remote environment
  • Dealing with multiple project of different sizes simultaneously as their Account Manager (or in a similar role)
  • Great understanding of formal aspects between companies
  • Great English (C1 or higher)

Our recruitment process is 2 steps long

  1. Culture fit meeting with People Team and Account Management Representative (~ 60 minutes)
  2. Competence fit meeting with Andrzej - current Portfolio Lead and member of Heads Team along with another member of Heads team (~ 60 minutes). Possible short tasks to test competencies.
  3. And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board"
