What do we need for this position?
- Go-To-Market Excellence: Lead the development and execution of effective Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring our products reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
- Hacker Mindset: Embrace a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. Challenge traditional frameworks and explore unconventional solutions to drive product innovation.
- People Skills: Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Build strong relationships and work effectively to drive product development.
- Validation Techniques: Leverage various validation techniques, such as A/B testing, user research, and data analysis, to make data-driven decisions and ensure product success.
- Excellent Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrate a track record of running a product team that achieved solid business outcomes. Your leadership should lead to the successful development and launch of products.

It is a general recruitment process (not aimed at particular product). With increasing number of prospects, ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in early-stage products who is willing to:
- support Sales with client's idea discovery,
- build and challenge context around the product idea,
- support with offer creation for workshops and product development,
- occasionally conduct workshops to narrow down the focus to address riskiest assumptions at pre-sales,
- eventually take on a product role on a new opportunity.
