I am part of the people team at Appunite. My greatest satisfaction comes with creating new processes and improving the existing ones. At Appunite, I am participating in onboarding and offboarding processes, which I consider one of the most important parts of the employee experience. My passion for creating memorable events allows me to create experiences where we can all come together offline and enjoy ourselves, which I believe to be crucial in our remote working culture.
