Your Key Challenges:
End-to-End Technology Ownership: Managing the entire process—from ideation and implementation to post-deployment support.
Exceeding Client Expectations: Proactive listening to the client’s needs, responding to it through designing and delivering solutions (ideally faster and better than the client anticipates).
Impacting the Client's Business: Enhancing key business and product metrics through technological excellence.
Leading: Leading a medium-sized team (6-8) through our service iteration (i.e. from executing tasks to being responsible for a business metric/problem)
Managing: Managerial team duties like performance evaluation, team building, salary assessment, growth consulting, 1:1, etc…
Be fluent in Polish and English.
