We are a technology company specializing in delivering IT solutions for product companies operating in the SaaS model. We are currently looking for a candidate to take on the responsibility of developing a new sales channel.
Our goal is to strengthen our “on-the-ground” presence in a selected market by expanding our network of contacts, participating in industry meetings, and conducting client visits.
This sales channel will be built from the ground up as an extension of our current activities. We seek a professional ready to embrace the challenge of organizing these activities comprehensively—from conducting research and reaching potential clients to scheduling meetings, organizing trips, building relationships, and providing valuable insights into the challenges and needs of our target audience.
The primary objective of this role is to establish new connections and transform them into sales opportunities.
Familiarity with building digital products and businesses around them, as well as an understanding of SaaS products, their challenges, development stages, and needs, will be an advantage.
The Growth Team consists of 8 people:
Piotr - Growth Leader
Amelia - Sales Team Leader (Amelia is planning a short break, after which you will work together as a team!)
Klaudia oraz Nikola - Business Development Specialists
Błażej - Digital Marketing Lead
Bartek - Content Marketing Specialist
Liza - Performance Marketing Specialist
Aleksandra - Design Specialist
Tomek - Social Media and Content Distribution Specialist
You are the ideal fit for our team if your experience includes:
Proactivity, independence, and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the technology sector.
Knowledge of web and mobile application development processes.
Ability to conduct business conversations in English (minimum C1 level).
Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
Skills in identifying client needs, building trust, and providing consultative sales guidance.
Proven sales achievements and familiarity with the end-to-end sales process.
Experience and readiness to use tools for building contact databases, conducting outreach campaigns, cold calling, and other activities necessary for generating meetings.

Please note that the salary for this role is 9000-14000 PLN + comission.
