We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

You’ll be a crucial part of the team, focusing on reaching the right people at the right time, designing experiments, and acting on the conclusions of your own analysis. If you’re looking for a team that is built around ownership through autonomy, and mashing ideas together, you’ll have a blast here. Currently we’re a team of 4, looking to fill a gap in performance marketing. You’ll have the opportunity to closely cooperate with our sales team, graphic designers, content experts, and management roles to design and iterate on many activities. Working at Appunite, you will be:

  • Cooperating closely with the sales team:

    • Setting ads and promotions in accordance with the established campaign strategy,

      • Google Ads

      • LinkedIn Ads

      • Twitter Ads

    • Establishing success criteria, analyzing results, optimizing activities,

    • Regularly sending the sales team information about quality contacts obtained through marketing.

  • Working actively on promotions:

    • Updates, optimizations, analysis, making decisions to continue or stop,

    • Sharing results and information relevant to other teams (sales, management),

    • Tests of target audience settings,

    • Designing tests for initiatives (active involvement in sales-mktg activities) and AB tests,

    • Keeping an eye on UTMs,

    • Analysing results - drawing conclusions, proposing changes, delivering results.

  • Managing the budget,

  • Co-creating campaigns,

  • Automating performance marketing,

  • Data analysing (posthog, setting up charts → reporting results and proposing changes)
    • Monitoring engagement with content,

    • Analysing the website's results and proposing actions on this basis,

    • Supporting the team in establishing and monitoring metrics adequate to the campaign assumptions ,

  • Working with basic integrations:
    • GTM

    • GA4


You are the ideal fit for our team if you:

  • Have +2 years of experience in ads area
  • Are good at organizing and prioritizing your work,

  • Have the ability to establish success criteria for an initiative/action,

  • Have very good communication skills,

  • Are familiar with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets,

  • Work with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Slack on a daily basis,

  • Are good at strategic thinking,

  • Focus on the hypothesis-test-refinement cycle,

If you …

  • Know how to set up performance strategies,

  • Have had a chance to manage performance budget,

  • Work on: PostHog, AirTable , Zappier,

  • Know: Notion, Pipedrive,

  • Research specific companies under ABM,

  • (Co-)define and enforce performance strategies - both in the context of indicators important for marketing in general and for specific activities: advertising, initiatives, etc. … it will also be great!
