Welcome to the People Team! We are a group of 7 girls. Each of us is different, we combine our areas of responsibility but what makes us a team is a common goal - to make working at Appunite simply great! How do we work? We will supply you with a common goal to achieve, and support whenever you need it. Trust and autonomy is very important for us so we won’t bore you with specific instructions or a series of tasks. We also start with questions, not answers to best solve problems.
We are looking for Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist to join our People Team.
Who is that Person? For sure someone great oriented towards finding and acquiring candidates for various competencies.
We truly believe that a good search is at the heart of recruitment success.
Important thing - we are a remote first company but due to the fact that our team is multitasking it would be great if you can join us from time to time in our office in Poznań.
Working at Appunite, you will be:
- Responsible for conducting recruitment processes:
- Cooperating with Team Leaders and Hiring Reviewers to find suitable candidates for our team
- Recruitment interviews with candidates
- CVs verification
- Giving and conducting feedback sessions
- Focused on creating and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates on the market.
- using tools:
- highly popular Boolean search and X-ray search
- known platforms such as: LinkedIn Recruiter LITE,
- bitly/ UTM
- Microsoft Office- Excel
- ATMs like Recruitee
- using tools:
- Source candidates using top-notch recruitment techniques and tools, including direct search,
- Building a database of potential candidates
- Gaining knowledge of processes such as: Lead generation/ Follow up/ Talent pool/ Behavioural Sourcing
- Working actively on our EB side - Keeping up to date with the best sources of promotion for candidates
- Preparing reports and analyses related to recruitment processes for Hiring Reviewers.
- Performing daily operational tasks diligently and updating data according to lessons learned
You are the ideal fit for our team if you:
- have previous working experience as a Recruiter
- have knowledge and experience in sourcing techniques and tools supporting the recruitment process
- have previous experience in IT sector (it’s not a must but really nice to have!)
- performing daily operational tasks diligently and updating data according to lessons learned
- really enjoy contact with people and have no problem making new relationships with them
- have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- are fluent in Polish and English
- are not afraid of the various tasks and challenges that await you as a member of the People Team

Our recruitment process is only 3 steps long:
- Video interview with our Recruitment Team - culture fit meeting (abt 60 minutes)
- Short task to do
- Video interview with our Team Leader - competence fit meeting (abt 90 minutes)
- If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.
And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board!" 🙂
